Initiatives like Prager U’s educational videos, viewed over 1 billion times, can reframe America’s history as a story of overcoming challenges (e.g., abolishing slavery, expanding civil rights) rather than a litany of grievances. By emphasizing America’s role as a beacon of freedom—evidenced by its global influence in innovation and democracy—youth can rediscover pride in their nation.

Montana’s Democracy Crisis

November 10, 2025 by wm

Ballots Shredded,
Envelopes Missing,
and Machines
Without Audit Trails

WRITTEN BY
Staff Writer

The Montana Paradox Montana looks, on the surface, like a model Republican state: a deep-red legislature, a Republican governor, and the GOP dominating federal representation. Yet underneath that façade, the state’s electoral system has become a battleground of mistrust, allegations of fraud, and structural weaknesses that invite abuse.

From shredded ballots in Carbon County to thousands of missing affirmation envelopes in Missoula, Montana’s elections keep generating anomalies that are brushed aside by officials but never resolved for the public. What makes Montana unique — and uniquely vulnerable — is that it is the only state in the nation where Cast Vote Records (CVRs), the digital audit logs that voting machines are designed to produce, are not retained. The Secretary of State’s office has instructed counties not to keep them, effectively erasing the very audit trail that could prove or disprove fraud.

Why RFK Jr. Must Back the Supreme Court Appeal to Protect Patients from Pharmaceutical Harm

WRITTEN BY
Staff Writer

In the quiet corridors of American medicine, a storm has been brewing—one that threatens not just patients, but the very integrity of our drug safety system. At the center of this storm is Dr. Charles Bennett, a physician scientist who has spent years documenting the catastrophic effects of fluoroquinolone antibiotics like Levaquin and Cipro. His research has uncovered a chilling truth: these drugs, prescribed to millions, have triggered permanent nerve damage, cardiac events, psychiatric breakdowns, and even suicide— sometimes after just three pills

Secretary of HHS, Robert Kennedy Jr. Uncovers Systemic Disregard for the Sanctity of Life in U.S. Organ Harvesting

November 10, 2025 by wm

In the U.S., organ transplantation—a field meant to save lives—has become a battleground where profit and desperation erode the sanctity of life. Across the United States, an intricate system of hospitals, doctors and nonprofit donation coordinators carries out tens of thousands of lifesaving transplants each year.

At every step, it relies on carefully calibrated protocols to protect both donors and recipients. But in recent years, as the system has pushed to increase transplants, a growing number of patients have endured premature or bungled attempts to retrieve their organs. Investigations, including a damning New York Times report and a 2025 HHS probe led by Secretary Robert F. Kennedy Jr., reveal a chilling reality: some medical institutions and organ procurement organizations (OPOs) are harvesting organs from patients showing signs of life, ignoring cries, breathing, or resistance to meet federal transplant quotas.

The Legislature’s Surrender of Licensing Authority

One of the most consequential changes in Montana’s 1972 Constitutional Convention was the legislature’s decision to cede its authority over attorney licensing to the judicial branch. Prior to this, the legislature had the power to define who could practice law in the state. But under the new constitution, that authority was transferred to the Montana Supreme Court.

Transparency in Proxy Voting

November 10, 2025 by wm

Who Oversees Montana’s Pension Investments

• The Montana Board of Investments (BOI) manages the assets for MPERA and other state retirement systems.
• BOI uses external asset managers like BlackRock, Dimensional, Franklin Templeton, and Invesco to handle stock portfolios.

ESG Proxy Voting by Asset Managers

According to a 2024 report from the 1792 Exchange:

• BlackRock voted “for” pro-ESG proposals just 7% of the time.
• Dimensional: 5%
• Franklin Templeton: 51%
• Invesco: (data incomplete but included in the analysis)

This means that while some asset managers are largely avoiding ESG-related shareholder resolutions, others—like Franklin Templeton— are actively supporting them.

Lack of Transparency

• Montana does not publicly disclose its proxy voting records for directly owned securities.
• The 1792 Exchange had to obtain this data via a Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) request.
• The report urges Montana to publish these records so pensioners can see how their money is being used in ESG-related votes.

Legislative Climate

• Montana has not passed sweeping anti-ESG legislation like Texas or Florida.
• However, a 2024 mid-year review shows a decline in ESG-related bills nationwide.

So, is Montana “doing the same” as Idaho? In some ways, yes:

• It uses external managers who vote on ESG issues.
• It lacks transparency in how those votes are cast. But unlike Idaho, Montana hasn’t made a public push to reform or restrict ESG involvement—yet.
